The difference between a standard and XPlus lock cylinder
XPlus cylinders allows you to use multiple Abus locks with a single key, making them a practical solution for locking systems. In addition, the Plus code card acts as an identifier for these systems, providing the possibility of making an additional key in case of loss/damage. It is worth noting that the XPlus cylinder is distinguished by more advanced protection against burglary.
The lock comes in two versions:
- With short key (T82)
- With a long key (T83)
