1. Right of Withdrawal

By applicable European law, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right to Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the undamaged product within 14 calendar days to the address below:

The return must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

3. Return Conditions

The returned product must not show signs of use – it must be in perfect condition, complete, and preferably in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your payment to the account you used for the purchase or via bank transfer (e.g., for cash on delivery orders).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment – whichever comes first.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

According to regulations, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:

• products made to order or customized items,
• products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., thermal underwear, bike seat pads).
