Original Panasonic lock cylinder for frame-mounted batteries used with centrally-mounted Panasonic and Impulse motors.
To replace the Panasonic battery lock/cylinder, first remove the battery from the frame and carefully take off the battery lock cover by unscrewing the bolt. You can then install the new battery lock.
Note: To replace the lock cylinder, the frame battery must be removable from the electric bike’s holder. Additionally, the new cylinder mount on the frame is not threaded. This will cut the original screw, as it is a soft aluminum die-cast.
