The ABUS Smiley 3.0 ACE LED is the new, improved version of the most popular helmet for toddlers. Its completely redesigned shape, deeper fit, and built-in USB-rechargeable LED light ensure maximum safety for children and peace of mind for parents during every bike ride.
Visibility and comprehensive head protection
The helmet offers excellent protection thanks to proven In-Mold technology, which permanently bonds the outer shell with shock-absorbing EPS foam. The deep profile and visor-like front edge effectively shield the child’s forehead and neck in the event of a fall. An integrated rear LED light (micro-USB rechargeable) offers three lighting modes; combined with reflective elements, this guarantees excellent visibility after dark. The ACE version also features an additional polycarbonate cover on the lower edge, protecting the helmet from scratches during everyday use.
Perfect fit and everyday comfort
The Zoom™ Spin adjustment system utilizes a full ring encircling the head, allowing for precise adjustment of both width and height. Thanks to a special recess at the back, the helmet is exceptionally comfortable for children with long hair tied in a ponytail or braid. Thermal comfort is ensured by 8 ventilation openings with integrated insect netting. The design is rounded off by soft, washable padding and easy-to-adjust straps (Flap Divider™) featuring a thick chin pad.
