The charger is smaller, lighter and less expensive than its predecessor. Thanks to its compact size, the charger is ideal for transportation. The charger charges the battery via a magnetic plug with a charging current of 2 amps. As a result, the battery is fully charged after 3-4 hours. However, after just 2 hours it reaches 80% charge level. When the charger is connected, its LED will light up green. When the charger is connected to the battery, the LED will light red until the battery is fully charged.
