Installation of the Bosch Intuvia 100 Upgrade Kit

Installing the Intuvia 100 display with the upgrade kit is straightforward. Everything needed for installation is included. The only tool required is a Torx key.

• Prepare the Components: Ensure you have all necessary parts, including the mount, mounting plate, spacer, screws, and washers.
• Attach the Mount: Place the mount on the handlebar and secure it with the spacer.
• Attach the Mounting Plate: Fasten the mounting plate to the mount using the M3x22 screw and wave washer. Ensure the plate is stable.
• Install the Display: Place the Intuvia 100 display on the mounting plate. Secure it with the M2x7 screw to prevent accidental removal.
• Connect the Cables: Plug in the appropriate cables to the display and the e-bike system. Ensure all connections are solid and secure.
• Configuration: Turn on the e-bike system and configure the display according to the instructions to ensure proper functionality. 

You can mount the display in your preferred position on the handlebar and adjust its viewing angle. Once the mount is installed on the handlebar, you can pair the display with your smartphone via Bluetooth.
