The ABUS AirDrop MIPS is a full-face helmet for riders who don’t slow down when the terrain gets tougher. It has been designed for enduro, downhill, E-MTB, bike parks and challenging trails, offering comprehensive head protection without compromising on riding comfort.

Protection from the top of the head right down to the chin
AirDrop is the first full-face cycling helmet in the ABUS range. The design covers the head and lower face, whilst the specially moulded chin guard enhances protection when cycling on challenging terrain.
The lower edge of the helmet is further reinforced with an outer layer of polycarbonate. This protects the helmet from scratches, impacts and everyday wear and tear.
For enduro, downhill and E-MTB
This model has been designed with mountain biking and intensive use in mind. It’s ideal for enduro, downhill, E-MTB riding, bike parks and challenging off-road trails.
The adjustable visor allows you to adjust its position to suit current conditions and your own preferences. The helmet also features a goggle holder, so you can wear goggles comfortably whilst riding.
MIPS and a fit you can trust
MIPS helps to reduce rotational forces
Inside the helmet, the MIPS system is positioned between the comfort layer and the energy-absorbing shell. Its purpose is to counteract the rotational forces that may occur during a fall.
The design has been developed to enhance the wearer’s protection when riding off-road, where there is a greater risk of contact with the ground or obstacles.
Comfort during long rides
The Zoom Spin adjustment system at the back of the helmet ensures a perfect fit. It allows you to precisely adjust the helmet to your head within the range suitable for size S/M.
The model also features an antibacterial comfort lining and removable, washable inserts. The side cheek pads can be easily detached, making them simple to clean.
Also worth noting are the acoustic channels located around the ears. Their design allows you to hear your surroundings more clearly whilst riding, despite the helmet’s full-face construction.
